When the bottom plate at the head and tail is hard, the ground anchor shall be used for fixing (the anchoring force shall not be less than 50KN), and the anchor bolts (φ 20mm) shall be cast in cement and buried in the bottom plate at least 1400mm.

2, the installation of belt conveyor must be head, tail fixed firmly, smooth operation. The bottom belt shall not be less than 400mm from the bottom plate, and the lowest point of the tail drum shall not be less than 150mm from the bottom plate. 5, the head frame, tail frame and tension device, protection device shall not have welding, deformation phenomenon, fixed bolt fastening, thread should be exposed 1-3 wire, the adjustment allowance of tension device is not less than 1/5 of the adjustment of the whole stroke. The middle frame is straight without opening welding, the hanging rope (the upper hanging width should be larger than the lower width), the frame is complete, fixed and reliable, without serious corrosion.

6, the wire rope hanging adopts double 8 wire, the lower end of the hanging point is located in the long roller frame, the upper end is fixed on the roof fixed point, the double wire is evenly stressed, the wire rope head is tightly wrapped.
