Working principle: when working, the motor drives the spindle to rotate at the same speed by a pair of pulley, and the spindle is equipped with a flying knife to rotate at high speed. The material is free to fall into the hopper by the lifting machine, which is chopped by the high-speed rotating flying knife. Due to the effect of centrifugal force, the material falls into the hopper by the screen of the waist hole, and then is pumped into the next process by the feeding pump.

The advantage of hammer crusher is that the particle size of broken material is consistent, and its size is determined by the screen with waist shaped hole.
